Proof of COVID vaccination

Please visit https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/after-your-vaccine/get-a-record-of-your-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-status to request a letter.

If any data on your Vaccination Status Record is incorrect, you should phone the COVID-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565.

Sexual and Reproductive Health

Sexual health clinics are held at various centres across Lanarkshire and appointments are booked by phoning 0300 303 0251.  Lines are open Mon - Thurs 8am-5.45pm and Fri 8am-4pm.

The Young People's Sexual Health Clinics are now walk in/drop in.  These services are for Lanarkshire residents aged 20 and under and the 11 clinic locations and opening time can be found on the website link below.  The majority of these clinic are YP+ meaning they are staffed by both specialist nurses and doctors and can therefore offer the full range of testing, treatment, contraception and care.  Please note However that Lanark Health Centre are staffed only be specialist nurses so there are some services that can't be provided, but staff onsite would be able to refer patients on if required.
