Proof of COVID vaccination

Please visit https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/after-your-vaccine/get-a-record-of-your-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-status to request a letter.

If any data on your Vaccination Status Record is incorrect, you should phone the COVID-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565.

Clinics & Services

As well as providing general medical services the practice also provides:-

  • pregnantMaternity Services
  • Cervical Smears
  • Child Health Surveillance
  • Care and Support Planning 
  • Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not included in NHS General Medical Services and these will carry a fee. Such services include certain vaccinations, certificates and medicals.

You will be informed in advance if the service you request will carry a fee. All fees charged will be in line with nationally agreed guidelines.

Please note that the Practice are no longer able to offer ear syringing or management of wounds.

After an initial assessment by the Practice Nurse, onward referral will be made to a treatment room for further care.
